Happy Thanksgiving! With our AGM a little over two weeks away, I just emailed the following documents to all our members:

1. Planned Agenda;
2. 2015 June 9 AGM Minutes; and
3. 2016 June 14 AGM Minutes.

If you did not receive a copy please let me know and I forward you a copy directly. If you would like an item added to our agenda or have questions or concerns you would like raised, please bring it to our attention no later than the end of rehearsal on Oct 18th. This will allow us time to research the issue or plan accordingly.
