Volunteering and Potluck, July 27th or 29th

Good Day Everyone!

I hope this finds you all enjoying your summer! As I mentioned before the end of our performance season, we are looking at doing something different this year and volunteering some hours at a local charity within our community. We have selected the Missions Thrift Store on Tenth Line to focus our efforts. I met with the Manager Denis and some staff today who are all over the top excited about our dropping in. They have plenty of work for us so whether it’s 5 or 55, we will all be gainfully employed.

We are considering volunteering either Thursday, July 27 or Sat, July 29th from 1 – 4 pm followed by a potluck dinner. No specific skills are necessary but if you are good with electronics or furniture, please let me know and you may be put to work repairing some of the donated items that afternoon. In order for both the store manager and us to plan for the afternoon, can you please let me know if you are interested in helping out and if so, which date is preferable to you. If you are avail for both dates please let me know as well; we will go with the most popular date. I will send out an email with additional details as we get an idea of numbers and which date we have the most volunteers for.
